The Government has ratified the charter of Trump’s “Peace Council” and sent it to the Constitutional Court

If the Constitutional Court finds that the obligations set out in the charter comply with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the legislative initiative will be submitted to the National Assembly.

According to the justification, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia has stated that the charter of the Peace Council contains provisions that envisage financial obligations for Armenia, specifically in terms of increasing state budget expenditures.
